Getting ready for Summer!  Continue the cleansing process with live, enzyme active edibles.

In this workshop, you will learn to make:

Raw crackers:  Delicious & grain free. Made with organic dehydrated vegetables and loaded with nutrition.

How to grow Microgreens:  Superfood chlorophyllic-rich shoots.  Different than sprouts, they are more bio-available because they are not grown in the dark.

Seed Cheese Spread: Fresh and live, this savoury sunflower seed spread is a scrumptious vegan alternative to dairy



TIME:  6:00- 8:30 pm


Art of bliss is the theme.

Join us in the art of chocolate-making.  We will also beat the heat with naturally sweet, refreshing probiotic tonics.


In this workshop, you will learn to make:

Kombucha:  Learn the basic steps to making fermented, effervescent kombucha teas.

Traditional Sodas:  Learn how to make water kefir.   Ditch sugary soft drinks in favour of healthy tonics full of live beneficial bacteria.

3) NOVEMBER CLASS ~ Science of Culturing; Sauerkraut & Kim Chee. Date: TBA

4) JANUARY 2015~ The value of Traditional Fats, 72-hr Bone Broth, Butter, Pemmican.  Date: TBA

5) MARCH 2015: ~ Fermented Soaked Grains; Gluten free sourdough making.  Date: TBAwhey bag
